THE KRAZYHOUSE GOES DARK! (Late Night Rock & Metal Clubbing is back!)

Liverpool, UK – The Krazyhouse — once the biggest rock and metal club in the UK — is returning to its legendary home at 16 Wood Street for one night only on Sunday, May 25th, bank holiday weekend. This will be the first late-night reunion in a year, following a series of successful daytime events — but our customers ain’t dead yet. They still want to stay out and dance after midnight, and we’re bringing the party back for them.

While past reunions have kept the flame alive, this is the only Krazyhouse event happening in 2025 — a night for the diehards, the day-one regulars, and anyone who ever left with ringing ears, questionable footwear choices, and memories of a night fuelled by Red Stripe and WKD.

For nearly three decades, The K was the heartbeat of Liverpool’s alt scene: a multi-floor chaos machine where genres clashed, friendships formed, and the floors were as iconic as they were sweaty and sticky. If you know, you know.

Now, it’s all coming back — for one more night of full-volume nostalgia. Expect the original DJs, 2-for-1 Red Stripe, and, yes, we’re even dusting off some old bottles of Reef to keep things as retro as possible. And when the night’s done? Free pot noodles to soak up the madness and help you survive the aftermath.

“We had great success with the day parties, but our customers ain’t dead yet — they still want to stay out and dance after midnight,” said one of the organisers. “The sticky floors, the chaos, the community — we’re bringing it all back, and it’s going to be a night you’ll never forget.”
